What are the stages of the customer journey?

Awareness:

These are people who are aware of a particular issue that causes them pain. Typically there are levels of aware, unaware, pain aware, solution aware and product aware are the common distinctions.

Consideration:

This is where users are considering your solution against other types of solution, and/or other providers of the same solution.

Purchase:

These are users who have purchased your product or service and believe it will solve their pain.

Retain:

These are users who have consumed your product or service and positively associated it enough as a solution that they repeat their purchase or engagement.

Advocate:
